The Brewster Chamber of Commerce is not hosting the Costume contest this year nor are we promoting Trick or Treat on Main street. We have contacted several businesses that will be open and they all are going to celebrate Halloween and be handing out treats!! We encourage everyone to follow the covid rules that are in place during this time.
