Library- Rebecca Zion- Friends of the Library 2nd Tuesday, Dec 6,7 Grange Holiday Bizaar

Guest Speaker- Shelia with PUD presentation on Sunny Okanogan Community Solar.

School Super Eric asking the Chamber to hold the money for the upcoming Levy. The Chamber has done it in previous years.
There was a motion and second and approved to handle the monies for the school levy.

Motion to donate $300.00 to the American Legion for Thanksgiving meal seconded and approved

Mike Mauk gave an overview of the meeting he attended for the Tourism Board at the City Hall Monday Nov 4th.

New Business:

Tree lighting Ceremony and Shop Small Business Downtown November30,2019
Tree lighting starts at 4:30 to 6:00 Santa and Mrs. Claus, we have asked Dale and Joni Parks to do the honors and they agreed. The legion is going to have hot chocolate.

We have planned a painting party for the boxes that Glen has agreed to make for under the tree. We will also decorate around the tree and park- Nov 23 at 3:00.

We are asking PUD to come string more lights as some of the ones last year do not work.

We are contacting the businesses to see if they want to offer some discount or coupons for Shop Local day.
Las Posadas is Dec 7th at 5:30 starting at the Armory Manny and Martin are the chairmen for the event

Passed out Nomination forms and listed the nominations so far. We will take nominations up until we vote at the Annual meeting Dec 11,2019
