III. BUSINESS:

1. New Phone Number: (509) 449-9934
New Salmon Derby Phone number: (509) 686-1124.

2. Halloween: Main Street Trick or Treat and Costume Contest
Beth will create a promotional flyer for the event. Need to recruit volunteers to help with event and judging.

3. Membership Drive: Discussion around hosting a mixer at the winery or another venue, changing to lunch meetings or dinner meetings. Mike shared that city representatives and other business will not attend after 5, but would attend during the regular work day.

4. Christmas Tree Lighting: Best of Brewster awards, tree lighting with Santa Dale
November 26, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. (on small business Saturday).
We’ve reserved Santa Dale

Boys & Girls club will help with decorating
